What you need to take with you to yoga

You will need these things to practice yoga:

– sports uniforms;
– socks;
– flip flops;
– scrunchy;
– a bottle of drinking water;
– sports mat;
– towel.

Sports uniforms

For women – leggings, tight tank top or any form-fitting clothing.

For men – training pants, T-shirt or jacket for sports, if the room is cool,

Socks, for those people who are afraid that their feet in the gym may freeze.

Usually people do yoga without socks, because there is better contact of the feet with the yoga mat.

Flip flops

Flip flops are needed in order to get from the locker room to the training room.
Scrunchy

Scrunchy – if the girl has long hair, they will need to be gathered into a comfortable bun.

The hairpin is not suitable in this case, because yoga has poses, for example, on the side or on the back, and therefore the object in the hair may simply interfere.

A bottle of drinking water

You can drink water during training, in small sips, in order to come to your senses.

Sports mat

This is a special yoga mat, very dense, heavy and sticks well to the floor. To maintain hygiene, of course, it is better to have your own mat.

A fitness mat will not work for yoga.

Small clean towel. If you use someone else’s mat during your yoga session, put a towel where you will lie with your face.

Also, during the performance of poses, sweat may be released, a towel in this case is an irreplaceable thing.

All of the listed things are the minimum for starting yoga classes in order to feel comfortable and be focused only on training.
